Welcome to BikeDost (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services via the website https://bikedost.co.in (“Site”), booking services, or getting our workshop services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services or the Site.

1. Definitions

• Customer / You / Your: Person who uses or books services via BikeDost.
• Services: Any bike maintenance, repairs, tyres, batteries, bike spa, accidental repair work, and related services offered via our workshops or franchises.
• Booking: Your request / appointment for a Service via the Site or through communication channels.
• Workshop / Franchise: One of our affiliated service centres where the Services are delivered.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate information (bike model, registration, condition, address, pincode etc.) when booking. If incorrect information is provided, we may need to reschedule or adjust pricing.
• We may require a deposit or advance in certain cases; this will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Service Deliverables & Warranty

• We promise to use genuine or high-quality spares and skilled technicians.
• For repair works, we will attempt to resolve the issues you have reported. If during the service we find other issues, we will inform you and estimate additional costs before proceeding.
• Service Warranty: For workmanship and parts (where applicable), we offer a warranty of 7 days unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents after service, normal wear and tear, or modifications made without our consent.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must bring valid bike documents if required (registration, insurance, etc.).
• Ensure that the bike is ready / accessible at the scheduled time. Delays caused by you may incur additional charges.
• Follow post-service recommendations (e.g. run-in period, maintenance schedules etc.).

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices quoted are subject to change depending on the condition / severity discovered during service. Any variation will be communicated and must be approved before additional work is done.
• Multiple Payment methods accepted including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, online payments. Cash is only accepted under situations when the other digital modes do not work properly.
• Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. Adavance booking fees paid will be adjusted in the final invoice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Booking fee is non refundable under any circumstances, if the cancellation is requested from the customer’s end
• If BikeDost cancels or reschedules for any reason (e.g. workshop under maintenance, safety issues, force majeure), we will inform you and either refund any booking fee or reschedule per your preference.
• Refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days, after refund is approved.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive for high quality, but we cannot guarantee that service will be completely error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of business or profits arising out of service delays or failures, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the particular service.

8. Intellectual Property

• The content on the Site (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by BikeDost or its licensors. You may not reuse it without express permission.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, etc.).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City / State, e.g. Hyderabad, Telangana] unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with date. Your continued use of the Site or services after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
