- Scope This policy applies when BikeDost sells and delivers physical goods (spare parts, tyres, batteries, accessories etc.) to Customers.
- Order Placement
- Orders are placed via the Site (or over phone/email if applicable).
- You must provide correct shipping address, contact details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or incur extra charges.
- Shipping Areas
- We ship to locations within India.
- In case of remote or hilly areas, delivery time may vary or additional shipping charges may apply.
- Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- We use reliable courier / logistics partners.
- Typical delivery time: 3-7 business days for metro/tier-1 / urban areas; 7-12 business days for remote / rural areas.
- We will notify you via email / SMS of dispatch and share tracking information.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, location.
- Any applicable taxes, customs or duties are borne by the Customer (if any).
- Damage / Loss in Transit
- Please inspect goods upon receipt.
- If packaging is damaged, or parts are missing / incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos.
- We will arrange for replacement or refund of damaged / missing items as per our “Returns & Refunds Policy.”
- Returns & Refunds for Goods
- We accept returns only if the goods are unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty).
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.
- Only Credit Note will be issued as a refund, in most cases.
- Return postage costs may be borne by customer unless the return is due to our error or defective item.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
- Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order 24 hours before dispatch without penalty.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in that case for return / refund process applies.
